Our Hiring Process

We believe hiring should be transparent and respectful of your time. Our typical process:

  1. Intro call (30 min) — We learn about you; you learn about us.
  2. Technical/domain screen (60 min) — Relevant to the role; no whiteboard puzzles.
  3. Take-home project (~3 hrs) — A realistic problem from our actual work. Compensated.
  4. Team interviews (half-day) — Meet your future colleagues; we welcome your questions.
  5. Offer — We move fast. Target: decision within 5 business days of final interview.
